The announcement notes management, founders, and existing investor Carrick Capital Partners will reinvest equity; the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Exiger, founded in 2013 and headquartered in New York City, provides technology-enabled and Software as a Service (SaaS) compliance and risk management solutions. Its AI-powered software engine, DDIQ, is designed to find, assess, and drive decisions on risks at unprecedented scale and is trusted by financial institutions, corporations, and government agencies. The company’s offerings include third-party risk management, supply chain risk management, cyber, ESG, and Know Your Customer solutions. Exiger serves the world’s largest corporations and institutions, including over 90 of the Fortune 250. Over the past four years the company has achieved in excess of 100% compound annual growth in software license revenue worldwide. The business plans to continue investing in and expanding its DDIQ technology across its product suite. Exiger provides technology-enabled, sustainable compliance solutions that combine multi-disciplinary subject matter expertise with purpose-built technology to help clients prevent compliance breaches, respond to risk, remediate major issues and monitor ongoing business activities. Its offerings serve financial institutions, multinational corporations and governmental agencies across four principal business units: Advisory, Diligence, Government Services and Tech. The company intends to use new capital to deliver its RegTech solutions to global financial institutions and corporations and to accelerate growth by building out and acquiring differentiated technology and technology-enabled solutions. Leadership includes Michael Beber as President and CEO and Mike Cherkasky as Executive Chairman. In conjunction with the recent financing, Carrick partners Jim Madden and Mike Salvino joined Exiger’s board. Exiger operates through offices in London, New York City, Silver Spring (DC Metro), Toronto, Vancouver, Hong Kong and Singapore.
