ExoLab Italy develops products and applications based on plant-derived exosomes extracted from organic Italian fruits and vegetables. Its exosomes are vesicles that carry antioxidants, vitamins, proteins, lipids and plant-specific nucleic acids and can be loaded with exogenous molecules to achieve high delivery efficiency. The company targets functional actives markets—particularly cosmetics and dietary supplements—and supports research and development of drug-delivery systems.
