Exotec specialises in order preparation using a fleet of collaborative mobile robots called the Skypod System, which can reach just shy of 11 metres to enable high-density inventory storage and retrieval. Its robots are designed to enable elegant collaboration between human and robot workers to improve warehouse productivity. The company serves e-commerce, grocery, retail, manufacturing, and 3PL customers and their warehouse facilities. Exotec plans to use new funding to continue deployments in Europe, Asia, and North America and to further develop its automation technology. It intends to expand R&D, aiming to onboard at least 500 new engineers within the next three years. With the Series D and its valuation, Exotec has positioned itself for further global growth.
