eyecandylab provides augmen.tv, a computer-vision platform that uses videos as triggers to deliver augmented reality content to consumer mobiles and AR glasses. The solution integrates into existing apps to add an interactive AR layer for media, entertainment, sports and commerce companies. Customers include VIACOM, NBCUniversal, WWE and Softbank. The company plans to accelerate development of its platform, enter new strategic markets in Asia and expand its US team. eyecandylab is now present in the US with offices in New York City and Los Angeles and will launch a 5G service with LG Uplus in South Korea later in the year.
