F5

801 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, 98104

Overview

F5 began by providing basic refreshments (tea/coffee) at workplaces, initially targeting shops, showrooms, retail chains and general market establishments across three formats: subscription, on-demand and retail outlets. The company is expanding its product portfolio to include meals, snacks, water and digital services. Founders Raghav Arora and Lalit Aggarwal lead the business as it broadens offerings beyond beverages. F5 plans to use fresh capital to expand both digital and non-digital offerings. The startup aims to clock Rs 15 crore ARR and open 50 branded stores as part of its growth targets. Earlier fundraising activity includes a prior Rs 2.8 crore raise in May 2020. F5 operates a workplace retail aggregation and supply‑chain model focused on neighbourhood refreshment stores, with tea as its primary offering. The company has on‑boarded 20+ partner vendors and more than 4,000 paid consumers across Delhi and Lucknow. It reports selling over 8,000 cups of tea per day on average and annual revenues of INR 150 lacs, while claiming its model increases partner vendor revenues by about 40%. F5 plans to expand its workplace retail delivery service to include a wider portfolio of refreshments, meals, beverages and services such as delivery pickups/drop‑offs, micro ATMs and mobile recharges. The startup is incubated by Huddle and emphasizes localisation, quality, hygiene and efficiency in its operations. F5 was founded in 2018 by IIM‑Lucknow alumni Raghav Arora and Lalit Kumar Aggarwal.
