F50 operates a private network connecting investors worldwide to discover and share startup deals. The company is building an online platform and plans to hire developers to launch it while expanding its investor network. It closed a $2m seed round to fund team growth and platform development. F50 is co-founded by Eric Ly, Tel Iiu, Bill Reichert and David Cao, who serves as CEO. The company runs private, offline-to-online events for its network and will host an invitation-only F50 Season 5 Summit in downtown San Francisco in June. That summit is slated to showcase 100 startups across eight major verticals to more than 400 investors.
