Vayana Network is a trade‑finance startup that builds infrastructure and products to help MSMEs access and manage working capital and trade finance. The company says it has enabled over $10 billion of financing to more than 150,000 MSMEs across 1,000 supply chains in 25 sectors, with a network spanning 600 Indian cities and extending to 20 countries. Vayana participates in public trade infrastructure including GST, e‑Invoice and e‑Way Bill and holds IFSCA licenses to support exporters and importers. The firm plans to launch Vayana ITFS (International Trade Finance Services) at GIFT City, Gujarat to provide exporters and importers access to international trade finance facilities. Leadership says it is focused on embedding credit across supply chains and building tools to help small businesses become credit‑ready. Vayana closed its Series C at $52 million after a $15 million extension led by IFC and PayU and intends to use the proceeds to build MSME products and scale its platform.
