Factify is rebuilding the core document format by replacing PDFs with "Factified" records that embed identity, version history, governance rules, and machine-readable structure. Its Document-as-Infrastructure approach lets approvals, signatures, redaction, expirations, and compliance checks happen natively inside the file, giving both humans and AI systems a single authoritative source of truth. The company is initially targeting heavily regulated, document-intensive sectors such as banking, insurance, legal services, HR, and operations, where auditability and trust are critical.
