Fairlyne
25 rue Victor Hugo, Issy les Moulineaux, Ile-de-France, 92130, France
Overview
Founded in 2021 in Paris by Gilles de Richemond, Michael d’Eboli, and Morgan Guérin, Fairlyne is building a Resale-as-a-Service platform tailored for airlines, rail, road transportation, and hospitality brands. The white-label solution allows travel operators to embed a resale option directly into their own channels, giving customers flexibility while capturing additional profitability from non-refundable tickets. Fairlyne’s product is already live with OUIGO, SNCF’s low-cost train operator, where more than 100,000 passengers have used the service via OUIGO’s web and app. The company plans to further enhance the platform’s features, accelerate deployments across enterprise clients, and expand geographically, including entry into the U.S. market. Its business model centers on generating incremental revenue for partners and improving end-user experience through a seamless resale flow. To support these goals, Fairlyne recently secured $3 million in seed funding. This capital injection provides the company with additional runway to scale product development and commercial efforts.
