Falkon
New York, United States
Overview
Falkon unifies go-to-market data — product usage, CRM, sales enablement and web traffic — de-duplicates it and generates data-driven recommendations for sales and marketing teams. Its algorithms and collection of apps surface stuck pipelines and new opportunities for SDRs, account executives and account managers, delivering insights via Slack, email and embedded apps in Salesforce and other vendors. The platform can automate workflows like enrollment in marketing campaigns and Salesforce task creation. Falkon applies econometric techniques it calls “success prevalence” to identify tactics correlated with wins and losses. Founded in 2020 by Mona Akmal, Josh Zana and Aakash Kambuj, the company says it has brisk uptake with customers including Redis Labs, Icertis and Zendesk, though the CEO declined to disclose revenue. The new funding will be used to build integrations with workflow partners, support product research and expand the team from 20 to 30 employees by the end of the year.
