FanFight is an app-based online gaming and fantasy sports platform launched in 2016 that offers multiple betting options and rewards users who claim wins. The platform is currently focused on cricket but plans to expand to other sports such as football and kabaddi after the IPL. According to its LinkedIn profile, it claimed roughly 20,000 registered users a couple of months after launch. Head Infotech has acquired a majority stake and will make FanFight a subsidiary, with the fresh $1 million intended to hire tech and analytical talent and to scale the product. The buyer, Head Infotech, runs online gaming company Ace2Three, which previously traded a majority stake to Clairvest Group in April 2017 for $73.7 million. Entrackr’s queries to the firms were unanswered at the time of reporting.
