Farie, founded in 2021 as a spinoff of Carvolution, operates farie.ch, an e‑commerce ecosystem for buying and selling used cars in Switzerland. The platform automates offer generation and price discovery and was initially used by Carvolution to dispose of fleet vehicles. Private owners can access Carvolution’s lifecycle management and digitalization expertise through the service. The Series A of CHF 4 million concludes the company’s incubation under Carvolution and establishes Farie as an independent entity. CEO Johannes Weirather says the new capital will accelerate expansion plans and enable exploration of new opportunities. The company plans to broaden its investor base in future financings.
