Farmstand operates a plant-powered food business that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, juices, coffee, beer, wine and free filtered water across physical and online channels. The company partners with businesses and uses physical locations and technology to acquire online customers on a profitable basis. Meals are prepared in a central kitchen hub to control quality and the entire supply chain, with ingredients sourced from UK-based ethical suppliers. Farmstand distributes to more than 20 Farmstands in London, including its flagship restaurant in Covent Garden and locations inside corporate sites. The company intends to use new funding to expand its offline and online business model to 100 locations in London over the next four years. Leadership is led by founder Steven Novick.
