FastFive operates shared offices and managed workspace solutions, originally leasing entire buildings near transit stations and subleasing tailored spaces for teams of 1–50 people. It reports roughly 12,000 occupants and has opened an 18th branch in Gangnam, maintaining vacancy rates within 3% across its portfolio. The company is expanding beyond its original model to remodel off-street buildings into dedicated 200-person spaces and to offer end-to-end office services under a ‘Powered by FASTFIVE’ program (site selection, interior, construction, community management and operations). FastFive plans to form dedicated funds with asset managers to buy buildings that FastFive will operate, and to collaborate with developers from land acquisition through concepting. It is also diversifying services—introducing commute buses, online/offline counseling, professional photo studios, and a planned in-house daycare—and has launched a premium residential product, ‘Life,’ which fully leased within two months.
