Co-creation Hub (CcHub) runs an incubation program that supports early-stage startups with funding and operational support. The incubator announced three new ventures—Grit Systems, Mamalette, and Autobox—that will each receive seed funding between US$15,000 and US$25,000. CcHub supplements its seed funding with mentoring, business-development support, and office space for selected companies. Started five years ago, CcHub has hosted over 50 early-stage ventures and its portfolio includes Traclist, Truppr, Wecyclers, Vacantboards, and BudgIT (graduated December 2014). Grit Systems builds web-enabled analytics to gather power-consumption data; Mamalette is a community platform for mothers and mothers-to-be; Autobox is an e-commerce store for car parts with a self-diagnosing feature. The incubator presents these services as critical to each company's growth.
