Feedbackly provides a software-as-a-service omnichannel customer experience measurement platform that lets companies gather in-depth feedback at every step of the customer journey. Founded in 2012 and led by CEO Jaakko Männistö, the company is based in Helsinki. Feedbackly's platform is already used by several large Finnish organizations, including Finavia, Hesburger and Fressi. The company planned to bring new software to market in spring 2016. It intends to use new capital to accelerate international growth, with particular focus on Sweden, the UK and Germany.
