Founded by Martin Vander Ghinste, Achilles Demey and Henri Coorevits, Feedelity centralises reviews arriving via delivery apps, search engines, email and social media into a single dashboard. Its AI flags urgent issues, suggests or sends semi-automated replies and converts comments into structured data for deeper operational analysis. Early hospitality customers such as Panos, Hawaiian Pokebowl and Pureto use the system to shorten response times and uncover insights—for example, realising that wooden bowls were unpopular despite their higher cost. Since launching in March 2025, Feedelity has also won the top prize at the Tectonic startup festival pitch competition. The founders claim the tool eases support-team workloads while enabling more personalised engagement, encouraging repeat visits. With fresh capital, the startup intends to grow its team, add new product features and step up marketing. It is also preparing to expand beyond hospitality into multi-location retail and real estate, markets where feedback is abundant but under-leveraged.
