Feelbat develops end‑to‑end IoT sensors and software to monitor structural issues and moisture in buildings, having previously launched miniature crack and wall‑tilt sensors. The company is finalizing a new Delta HM humidity sensor that measures wall moisture, ambient humidity, contact and air temperature, VOC index, atmospheric pressure and optional CO2, with Sigfox, LoRaWAN and Bluetooth connectivity. The Delta HM is planned for European commercial launch in September 2024 at an intended price below €200. Feelbat builds its hardware and software internally and is developing a more stable application with dedicated programs per use case, plus a pole and drone mounting to place crack sensors in hard‑to‑reach areas. The startup has sold more than 3,000 sensors since late 2021 and plans to beef up software, hardware and commercial teams, targeting about 20 employees by year‑end. It is also preparing an international push with a strategic focus on Asia in 2025.
