Fellow offers a cloud-based people management platform designed to help team leads and their reports run better one-on-ones, collect cross-company feedback, and adopt management habits via templates and suggestions. The product includes meeting templates, one-on-one prompts (it will recommend a one-on-one when none has occurred recently), and integrations with workplace tools such as Slack. It is flexible enough to support management frameworks like SMART goals and OKRs, and lets managers use preset templates or build custom ones for meetings and feedback. Fellow is live with early customers including Shopify, Vidyard, Tulip, North and others, and is increasing the pace of new customer onboarding. The company announced a $6.5 million seed funding round to support growth and broader rollout. Founders Aydin Mirzaee and his co-founding team previously built Fluidware (founded in 2008) and sold it to SurveyMonkey in 2014, which informed their view of gaps in management tooling. Fellow expects to open sign-ups to all users later this year.
