FieldAware provides a made-for-mobile field service automation SaaS platform that equips field personnel with mobile tools alongside web-based back-office functions. Its back office is cloud-based and configurable to accommodate business processes across industries including HVAC, oil and gas, health care, telecommunications, facilities and property management, and IT support. The platform integrates with existing ERP, CRM and accounting systems. Founded in 2011 and led by CEO Bill Beamish, the company is based in Plano, Texas and Dublin, Ireland and serves more than 1,000 customers, predominantly in the U.S. FieldAware plans to use new funding to scale the business, accelerate product development and expand growth in the field service management sector. It recently raised $24M to support those efforts.
