Figures provides a real-time compensation benchmark application designed to help companies power up their compensation policy and drive salary fairness. The system integrates with major HRIS platforms such as Personio, BambooHR and HiBob and gives businesses access to 50k+ reliable, real-time compensation benchmark data from 700 European startups across 100+ job types. The company plans to use the £5.75M seed proceeds to expand development—broadening services including budget forecasting, real-time market tracking and advanced benchmarking covering shares and benefits. It will also develop tools to help companies define and share compensation policy and to prepare and run compensation reviews. Figures intends to expand geographically into Iberia, the Netherlands and the Nordics and has already moved into the UK after acquiring Payspective in June 2022. The company was created by Virgile Raingeard and Bastien Formery and is established in France and Germany.
