Fin

Overview

Fin captures employee workflow data from across applications and surfaces productivity and process-improvement insights to help managers optimize processes and coach employees. Its software lets employees manage workflows and highlight bottlenecks while showing how teams actually use technology. Customers report outcomes such as a 16% increase in team utilization and engagement, a 25% decrease in support ticket handle time, and a 71% increase in policy compliance. The company was founded in 2015 by Andrew Kortina and Sam Lessin and pivoted from a human-powered voice assistant to workplace analytics around 2020, later removing “Analytics” from its name. Fin says it is doubling and tripling both customers and revenue each year, and the new funding will be used to build out sales, marketing and engineering teams. With new CEO Evan Cummack in place, the company says it is positioned to scale and is initially focused on service teams and contact-center use cases.
