Launched in 2020, Finalis offers the Finalis Hub, an integrated private securities brokerage technology platform that bundles a regulatory affiliation with its broker-dealer to deliver a “brokerage-in-a-box” experience. The platform already manages billions in deal volume, has over 700 active mandates, and supports more than 150 investment banks and placement agencies across the US. Earlier this year the company launched a marketplace to allow dealmakers on the hub to promote collaboration and execute deals in real time. Finalis says its product modernizes the investment banking workflow for dealmakers and their clients. The company intends to use new funding to accelerate technology development and pursue overseas expansion.
