Founded in December 2020 by former banking executive Suvalaxmi Chakraborty, FinReach Solutions runs a Credit Guarantee Program that links private guarantors with banks and NBFCs to de-risk lending to micro, small, women-led, agriculture, and climate-focused enterprises. Its analytics-powered guarantee engine assesses borrower risk and facilitates guarantees, enabling credit flow in India’s tier-III to tier-V regions where formal financing is scarce. To date, the company says it has supported 14,150 borrowers, including more than 2,050 women entrepreneurs. Development finance institutions such as British International Investment and several global foundations partner with the platform to widen credit access. With fresh capital, FinReach plans to scale operations, broaden guarantee facilitation, and strengthen its risk and technology stack to process larger volumes of credit assessments. The company generates impact-oriented metrics but has not disclosed revenue figures. Management aims to become a key infrastructure layer for inclusive lending in India’s MSME ecosystem.
