Fintel Connect is a Vancouver-headquartered fintech startup building performance-marketing technology and specialized growth tools for banks, credit unions, fintechs and other financial institutions. Launched in 2020 by founder and CEO Nicky Senyard, the woman-founded company helps customers uncover product solutions and acquire digital customers more effectively and cost-efficiently. It gained initial traction through partnerships with leading Canadian financial institutions, earning a majority market share within its first year of operations. After expanding into the U.S. the team quadrupled and now totals 41 employees. Fintel Connect closed a CAD $4.8 million seed round led by BankTech Ventures with support from Export Development Canada. The company plans to use the capital to fast-track roadmap features, accelerate clients' digital transformation journeys and grow partnerships with U.S. financial services brands.
