Formed in 2009, FireFly LED Lighting designs low-energy, low-heat LED light bulbs, fixtures and lighting products for general illumination and other applications. The company is based in Austin, Texas and is affiliated with the Austin Technology Incubator. Its core product is Smart LED light bulbs intended as direct replacements for incandescent and fluorescent bulbs.
