Fshi Technology, founded in 2016, operates the Haoshengyi open SaaS platform that integrates CRM, marketing and other industry SaaS applications for merchants across food & beverage, retail, apparel, lifestyle services and entertainment. The company provides one-stop smart operation solutions including payment, membership management, food ordering, kitchen management, supply chain and fintech, using payment as an entry point and deploying scenario-based solutions, AI and Big Data analytics. After Yeahka's 2019 investment, Fshi became part of Yeahka’s ecosystem and leveraged Yeahka’s management experience and technological capabilities to strengthen Haoshengyi's product matrix and team management. Fshi plans to accelerate development of its open SaaS strategy, expand market share by exploring merchant demand and refining products and services, and integrate mature SaaS modules into offline merchants. The company will use recent proceeds for product development, marketing, working capital, daily liquidity and acquisitions; it has completed a 60% acquisition of Shenzhen Zhizhanggui to obtain standardized hardware+software infrastructure as a development cornerstone.
