FixForm provides a QR-code and web-based reporting system that allows occupants to report building issues in under 10 seconds without downloading an app or logging in. Submitted reports (including photos and brief descriptions) are routed via AI to the appropriate contact, and reporters receive automatic confirmation when issues are resolved, increasing transparency and shared ownership. The startup was founded in 2021 and is Ghent-based; it has a team of 11 employees and operates in five countries, including the UK, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. FixForm has handled more than 100,000 building defects and counts clients such as nursing-home groups Armonea and Careion, Buysse & Partners, Quares, AZ Maria Middelares, KAA Gent and Club Brugge stadiums, and several cities and municipalities. With the new funding, the founders plan to expand the solution, accelerate international go-to-market campaigns (targeting the Netherlands, the UK, and the Nordics), and enhance the platform by leveraging collected data and AI to calculate ESG, health, and building-compliance scores.
