FJ Dynamics
15 Scotts Road, #03-12, Singapore, Central Region, 228218
Overview
Founded in 2019 by former DJI chief scientist Wu Di, FJDynamics develops practical, cost-conscious robots such as unmanned lawnmowers, orchard sprayers and automated feed pushers. The company emphasizes products that work reliably in production environments rather than cutting-edge research prototypes, and it acquired Swedish firm Sveaverken in 2019 to commercialize its feed pushing robots. FJDynamics is approaching 1,000 employees and reports about 40% of sales occur outside China across some 60 countries, with Microsoft Azure as its main cloud partner for overseas deployments. Its vision-guided feeder costs roughly €20,000 and can feed up to 500 cows per day; management says margins are modest and it is vigilant about operational costs. The firm has attracted heavyweight financiers including Tencent and state-owned Dongfeng Asset Management, and DJI held an early stake that it has since sold.
