The system learns each dealer’s workflows, remembers every customer, and operates 24/7, freeing human staff to focus on in-store sales and service. In the last three months the company says usage of its platform has grown more than 20×, now fielding thousands of calls per day. Dealership customers are realizing more than $30,000 in monthly profit per location, with some seeing up to a 40× return on investment. Initially focused on after-hours call capture, Flai has expanded into overflow calls, recall campaigns, service reminders, and automated sales outreach. Management plans to use new capital to accelerate product development and cement Flai as the intelligent communication layer for the modern dealership.
