Flashnode is a Finnish business process automation SaaS startup that automates accounting and back-office workflows. The company has scaled its product in Finland, processed more than one billion transactions for nearly 100 customers, and partnered with accounting software providers including Sage, QuickBooks, and Exact. It intends to begin entering the UK market following the fundraise. The founders collectively have over 50 years of software and IT entrepreneurial experience and eight successful exits. Lennu Keinänen was appointed CEO earlier this month and predecessor Jani Karhunen now leads the company's commercial roadmap. Flashnode raised €2 million in a round led by Spintop Ventures and counts several strategic angel and VC backers.
