Flatfee operates a managed marketplace offering comprehensive compliance and administrative services to small to mid-sized e-commerce sellers and app developers. The company has expanded into 18 countries and provides customer service in four languages. Since its launch a little over one year ago, Flatfee has completed close to 2,500 orders. The operating entity, Overseas Operation Services Inc., was formed in 2022 and focuses on prepackaged professional services for cross-border enterprises. Flatfee plans to use its new funding to expand operations and broaden its business reach. Samsun Yu, an expert in cross-border intellectual property, will join as a director to support those efforts.
