FLEX-O offers a digital "Flex Office" concept delivering flexible, prime and green workspace subscriptions in regional locations. Its spaces are placed in new or fully rehabilitated buildings with environmental certifications such as BREEAM, WELL and HQE, and are well located with many services within walking distance. The company has developed internal technology to provide a unique digital customer experience and recently launched a new website and logo. In the three months before the article it hired about ten people, including five in Research & Development, to improve its digital offering. FLEX-O already has sites in Sophia Antipolis and Nantes and announced planned openings in Lille and Lyon in September 2021. The company aims to create around twenty sites over five years and reach more than 50,000 m2 of flexible workspaces by 2025.
