Flitdesk provides an all-in-one admin dashboard that lets workplace and coworking managers run offices from a single interface. Its features include desk and meeting-room management, booking rules and policies (confirmation, cancellation, payment), a unified help desk for employee and member requests, and visitor experience tools. The platform also integrates with workplace technologies such as access control and print management. Founded in 2017 by Julian Dufoulon and Youenn Laumelais and based in Paris, Flitdesk targets companies and coworking operators adapting to remote and nomadic work habits. The startup is already working with high-end Paris coworking brands such as The Bureau and Newtown Square (Groupe La Française). It closed a €1 million seed round to move the product out of beta and plans to use the funds to support growth, boost R&D, and reach at least 50 clients by the end of 2020.
