Its technology routes and localizes connectivity to improve performance and simplify cross-border device management for carriers and enterprises. Use cases span water meters, vehicles, cameras and tracking devices, and FloLive positions itself as a single contact for multi-country connectivity needs. The company has deepened partnerships with cloud providers such as AWS and works with chipset and connectivity players like Qualcomm to power IoT platforms. FloLive says its architecture is all-cloud and cloud-centric, enabling integrations and services for carriers and enterprise customers. Financially, the company recently closed a $47M Series C; it previously raised just over $41M (including a $37M round in 2021) and reports its valuation is flat versus the last round (2021 valuation cited at $108M by Dealroom). FloLive builds a cloud-native, software-defined core that stitches together local cellular networks (2G–5G) and operates them as single private global IoT networks. Its platform creates private radio access networks integrated with carriers and provides business support systems, device management, and vertical solutions targeted at manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and utilities. FloLive supports devices using SIM, eSIM and softSIM technologies to simplify integration with carriers and customers. FloLive plans to use the new funding to expand its service, invest in its tech stack, upgrade customer networks to 5G, and build a global "SIM2Cloud" offering in partnership with an unnamed global cloud provider. The startup is London-based and is now working on its Series C after completing a Series B extension that brought the round's total to $37 million. floLIVE offers a cloud-native Connectivity Management Platform that pairs locally distributed core networks with centralized cloud control to deliver secure, low-latency and regulatory-compliant connectivity. The platform supports unified management, zero-touch operation and a pay-as-you-grow, as-a-service model. floLIVE says its technology stack and solutions have been field-proven for the last decade. The company announced a $21.5 million Series B financing and the appointment of Nir Shalom as CEO. Management plans to use the funds to increase presence in Europe, Asia and North America and to accelerate market awareness programs. Investors in this round included 83North, Dell Technologies Capital, Saban Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures. Flo Live offers an end-to-end, cloud-based IoT ecosystem that includes a managed core network, device management, applications and analytics and operates core networks in the cloud optimized for IoT. The company works closely with MNOs, MVNOs, OEMs and chipset manufacturers to accelerate IoT revenue growth for customers. It plans to enhance its cloud offering for MNOs and OEMs with eUICC-compliant eSIM integration and subscription management to deliver turnkey secure connectivity. The funding will support growth of development, sales and after-sales teams and the build-out of identified IoT verticals. Flo Live is present in London, Paris, Limassol, Hyderabad and Tel Aviv and is setting up a US office in California. The company emphasizes security and a customer-centric approach as core differentiators.
