Floqer develops an AI-driven autonomous customer knowledge base that combines information from more than 100 third-party sources and internal company systems—including CRM, communications platforms, and sales records—to profile existing and potential customers. The system uses large language models and agentic AI to analyze structured and unstructured data, surface patterns and buying signals, and help users craft improved go-to-market plans. Co-founded in October 2024 by Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, the Halifax-based startup has a team of eight and counts customers such as Wise, AngelList, Pulumi and Perplexity. Financially, Floqer reported 8x revenue growth year to June and annual recurring revenue exceeding $1 million. Following the funding, the company’s primary focus is enhancing its autonomous knowledge-base product, which the founders say is already functional and capable of identifying previously hidden customer patterns.
