Flovtec (flov technologies AG), founded in 2018, has developed a technological infrastructure and fully automated market‑making algorithms to facilitate liquidity across dozens of digital asset exchanges and for any token. Its core products include liquidity mandate solutions for exchanges and token issuers and an investment product, “met@one nematic,” an Actively Managed Certificate that gives institutional and professional investors access to digital assets via quantitative strategies. The company recently partnered with Archax, an FCA‑regulated digital asset exchange for digital securities, to offer liquidity solutions to security‑token issuers. Flovtec says the new capital and board support will allow it to enhance its liquidity solutions and achieve the technological scalability needed to onboard clients faster. Management also plans to expand from client liquidity services to leveraging its technology to create opportunities for external investors. CEO Anton Golub, a co‑founder of Lykke, leads the company as it seeks growth in the digital assets ecosystem.
