FlowTribe builds a multi-party platform that connects SMEs, accountants and lawyers through its Accounton and Lawren.io products. Accounton digitises accounting workflows and can save accountants up to 50 minutes per personal income tax return or up to three hours per new client, and is used by more than a hundred accounting firms. Lawren.io digitises legal and compliance tasks for lawyers and in-house legal teams, automating GDPR strategy, anti-money-laundering procedures, lead generation and contract drafting. With €1.3 million in fresh capital, FlowTribe intends to create a single, centralised ecosystem to streamline communication and reduce the proliferation of disconnected tools between service providers and SMEs. Co-founder Dries Wijnen said the platform's multi-party approach addresses large communication gaps and inefficiencies between SMEs and professional service providers. The Belgium-based startup plans to expand into nearby countries and says its tools—built for the Belgian market—can be adapted to local legislation and usage, per co-founder Dominic Wijnen.
