Floww is a data-driven marketplace that lets founders pitch investors and manage the investment relationship online. The platform showcases startups based on merit, using cleaned data and dynamic profiles that include charts and key performance metrics. Founders can upload documents in any format and Floww’s team of accountants cross-checks the data; startups receive tools such as cap table templates and “How To” guides. Floww charges a monthly fee to VCs, accelerators, family offices and PE firms while offering free access to startups and a premium model to contact multiple VCs. The company says it has processed 3,000 startups and is rolling out to more than 500 VCs. The seed funding will be used to build out the platform and give startups access to over 500 VCs, accelerators and angel networks. The founding team includes Martijn De Wever (who has made more than 160 investments), Lee Fasciani and CTO Alex Pilsworth.
