FLUID builds an AI quant-based liquidity aggregation engine and proprietary intelligent order book designed to deliver high throughput, low fees, and minimal latency. The system uses machine learning and quantitative methodologies drawn from high-frequency trading to source optimal real-time pricing and liquidity, especially from smaller venues and exchanges. The product targets spot trading, derivatives, futures, synthetics, tokenized assets, and security token offerings to address fragmented liquidity in virtual assets. FLUID is led by ex-bankers and fintech professionals from Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and Jefferies, with CTO Jason Jiang overseeing the core engine development. The team says the platform will lower spreads and latency for retail and institutional participants. The company aims to launch in May.
