FOIP (Fractional Ownership Investment Platform) operates a marketplace for fractional ownership of land, residential, and commercial real estate. The company raised Rs 23 crore to secure an 18,000-square-foot workspace in NEO Square, Sector 109, Gurgaon. The funds came from a group of high-net-worth (HNI) investors and were sourced from block investors' last-mile investments. FOIP says its aim is to democratize access to value assets by enabling smaller ticket sizes with better returns. The company is targeting a Rs 100 crore raise in its first year of operations as it pursues more value deals. NEO Square’s CEO Anand Anand noted that FOIP helped reach the right investors quickly and generate value for existing investors.
