FoldRx Pharmaceuticals is a Cambridge, MA-based drug development company focused on disease-modifying small molecule therapeutics to treat protein misfolding and aggregation (amyloidosis). The company reported a successful pivotal trial of tafamidis as a disease-modifying therapy for TTR amyloid polyneuropathy (ATTR-PN) and plans to use new funding to continue advancing tafamidis and bring it to market.
