Foorban is a Milan-based online restaurant startup that controls the entire process from cooking to delivery. It leverages a team of chefs who offer different menus each day drawn from roughly 600 devised recipes. The company says it is currently delivering approximately 4,000 meals per month. Co-founded by Stefano Cavaleri, Marco Mottolese and Riccardo Pozzoli, Foorban plans to consolidate its presence in Milan and launch its service in new cities across Italy. The company has raised funding to support those expansion plans and has now raised approximately €1.15M in total to date.
