Format Dynamics is a Denver, CO-based provider of a patented software that reformats a printed Web page into a magazine-like format. Its product produces magazine-style renditions of web content for publishers. Customers include Hearst Digital Media, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and MSNBC.com. In June 2010 the company secured $5.5M in Series B financing from a private investment group and existing investors. The funding will allow the company to expand its operations. As part of the transaction Dan Googel, representing the private investor group, will join Format Dynamics' board of directors.
