FortuneRock focuses on discovery, development and commercialization of novel, patent-protected gene-based recombinant protein drugs, supported by platform technologies such as a Long Acting Recombinant Protein Drug Platform and a High Efficacy Yeast Expression System. The group includes three wholly owned subsidiaries and has filed or been granted 22 patents in the U.S., China or PCT. Its pipeline includes one drug in Phase I, one in Phase II, another awaiting approval to enter Phase I, and several candidates in pre-clinical studies. The company produces kilogram-scale quantities of recombinant proteins and has experience conducting pre-clinical and clinical trials in China for itself and partners.
