Forumm operates a ticketing and event technology platform that prioritises user experience, transparent pricing and more human-centred interactions between organisers and attendees. The company launched its ticketing platform in October 2025 after pivoting from the education and academic conference sector earlier that year. Since launch it has grown to more than 25,000 active users and reports strong month-on-month growth. Forumm charges a simple 5% fee per ticket sale and is projecting approximately £250,000 in revenue in the coming year with a goal of breaking even by the end of that period. The business has strengthened its team with a new developer and specialist UX/UI and copywriting support to deliver a full platform redesign. Longer-term plans include expanding beyond Scotland into key English markets and developing the platform into a broader marketplace connecting organisers with venues and event-related services.
