Fractl has published and open-sourced the Fractl language and made its Fractl.io platform privately available, positioning itself as a generative-AI programming platform for SaaS development. The company says Fractl.io delivers more than 100x efficiency gains in cloud-native, SaaS development at scale and brings two orders of magnitude improvements to development cost and time. The Fractl language is described as a business-level, declarative abstraction that reduces the code developers must write by more than 90% and is optimized for AI-powered code generation. Fractl.io includes a Fractl Design Studio that blends AI code generation, traditional coding, and drag-and-drop development, and a Fractl.io Cloud DevOps platform for launching and managing multi-tenant apps. The company is remote-first and headquartered in the Silicon Valley, and plans to expand its go-to-market efforts and recruit software and product experts. Fractl intends to support ongoing open-source development around the language.
