Frankie Health is an Irish personalised mental health platform that provides organisations with virtual, preventative care to reduce anxiety, burnout and stress. The service delivers personalised, clinical, evidence-based exercises to build mental resilience and connects workers to a community of experienced therapists accessible from home or the office. The company uses end-to-end encryption for user privacy and applies machine learning to improve effectiveness. Led by James McGann and Seb Poole, Frankie Health plans to add 20 new hires across engineering, design and marketing over the next 12 months. In January 2020 it closed a $1.25M funding round, bringing total funding to $1.5M; backers were not disclosed.
