Franq provides a digital platform that lets experienced banking professionals act independently as "personal bankers," offering customers products from more than 50 partner banks and fintechs. The platform aggregates over 150 financial products including mortgage financing, loans, consórcios, insurance and real-estate-backed credit, and allows professionals to compare offers and recommend solutions. More than 10,000 bancários and investment advisors have used the platform; the minimum requirement to join is five years' experience in the banking sector and the average age of registered professionals is 42. Franq is among the country's main originators of mortgage financing and consórcios and reported R$2.4 billion in operations originated in 2025, with a projection close to R$4 billion for the current year and year-over-year growth near 80%. The company was founded in 2019, is headquartered in Florianópolis and has about 200 employees across technology, professional support and specialized operations. Management says the business has reached operational break-even and plans to expand use of AI to automate operational processes while investing in training hubs to deepen professional engagement.
