The company deploys local Project Directors who bring regional expertise to streamline renovation projects for realtors and sellers. Freemodel requires no credit checks and applies no pre-determined project budget caps, allowing homeowners greater flexibility to maximize returns. It currently covers 90% of the California real estate market and works with over 60 leading brokerages. The company plans to use new funding to expand into Texas and Florida in Q1 2023 and to continue developing its proprietary technology platform. Freemodel launched in 2020 and is led by CEO John Garner.
